Excellent value and great cleanliness, comfort and facilities.

The staff were very helpful and took care of our baggage whilst we travelled to Valparaiso, so our bags were waiting in the room when we arrived. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and the views from the rooftop around it are fantastic.

The air conditioning unit was noisy but it was alright on simple fan mode through the night, but it did get a little hot in the room then.

There was a mistake and we didnt had towels available at the first day.

Excellent location near the subway and by the corner of Apoquindo Ave. buses to go everywhere. One block from Unimarc supermarket.

The small full mattress in the second bedroom. Pillows are limit in comfort.

The location, which Is quiet and near a metro station, and the well-equipped kitchen.

The Wi-Fi connection didn’t always work properly.

Everything was OK except they were about to cancel my booking the same night I arrived with my children for a problem with the credit card, ideally they should check everything a few days before

The way the issue with the credit card was handled, there were only 2 chairs
